I have over twenty years experience in the emergency management, VOAD, and public safety sectors. I have managed national level programs, coordinated responses to a wide range of disasters, authored multiple books and articles, and have given keynote addresses across the country on a wide range of disaster and emergency response topics.

The consulting services I offer fall into three broad categories

Communications - I can help you get your message out to external stakeholders, develop communication solutions to meet emergency and disaster needs, and coach you through presenting your message

Volunteer Management - Volunteers can be effective resources to carry out the mission of an organization or program, only if they are properly managed and coordinated. I can help you find volunteer solutions, develop management strategies, and build tools for effective volunteer management.

Emergency Planning - Emergency plans are essential for businesses, schools and places of worship. I can help you write your plan, assess it and test it. I can also assist with staff/volunteer training to reduce risk.

Training - We provide training on CPR, First Aid, AED, Amateur Radio license exam, and NRA pistol basic pistol safety.

Numismatics - We also provide consultation/appraisals on collectable coins, consignment coin sales, and numismatic photography.
